My fitness journey started at a young age when my parents frequented a Health Club. While the gym floor was off-limits, I happily explored the pool, sauna, steam room, and kid’s classes. As a passion for health and fitness grew, I earned a black belt in Shotokan Karate, training and competing at a national level, instilling discipline and early training principles. Too young for the gym, I got creative, purchasing a door-mounted chin bar and my first set of weights, setting the stage for a lifelong passion.

Formalizing my passion, I studied an Advanced Higher National Diploma (HNC/HND) in Fitness, Health, and Exercise in the UK. This comprehensive qualification set me up as a professional coach, equipped with the knowledge to guide others effectively. Throughout my time in the UK, I had the privilege of being mentored by experienced coaches who played a significant role in shaping my approach to fitness.
